The artist Nick Santoro lives and works in Potsdam, the capital of the Brandenburg region. Christian Rose (his original name) is head and co-owner of Paintings XXL. We hebben het schilderij op 10 februari online besteld. Natuurlijk begrijp ik dat er een paar dagen langer kon duren, zoals jullie aangaven. Na 7dagen nog een keer een mail te sturen ,waarin in gezegd werd dat het onderweg zou zijn. Hebben we 4 dagen later nog maar eens telefonisch contact gezocht. Daarin werd mij medegedeeld dat het er binnen 2 a 3 dagen zou zijn. Weer afwachten dus. Op 24 februari werd het schilderij geleverd. Dus verstandiger om bij de levertijd 14 dagen te zetten.

Le tableau avait un défaut de coulure, je vous ai averti et vous m'avait fait un avoir de 40 euros donc parfait il faudrait bien laisser sécher le tableau, j'aurais pu attendre un jour de plus la livraison!!
